1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yeniyo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent if younger), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skytro Inc. regarding your use of the Yeniyo application and all related services.

2 Description of Service

Yeniyo is a mobile application that helps users discover recipes based on ingredients they have at home. The service includes:

• Ingredient-based recipe matching from a curated database of 400+ recipes
• Daily curated meal plans (Diet, Fitness, Health, Vegan, Student, Kids)
• Calorie and nutritional information for recipes and meal plans
• The ability to save favorite recipes and track ingredient selections

3 Account Registration

Some features of Yeniyo require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4 Premium Subscription

Yeniyo offers a free tier with advertisements and a Premium subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional features. Regarding Premium:

• Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment is charged to your account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Yeniyo only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from Yeniyo without our written permission
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity

6 Intellectual Property

All content within Yeniyo — including but not limited to recipes, text, graphics, logos, icons, meal plans, and the application code — is the property of Skytro Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Yeniyo for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights or licenses are granted to you beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Yeniyo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Nutritional or calorie information is accurate or complete
• Recipe results will meet your specific dietary needs or health requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skytro Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) Yeniyo, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Yeniyo shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Yeniyo at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Use
• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
• Is required by applicable law or regulation

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at help@yeniyo.app. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. As a globally accessible service, we respect and comply with the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. We aim to resolve any disputes fairly and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be settled through binding arbitration under internationally recognized rules, or in the courts of your local jurisdiction where required by mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country.

11 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of Yeniyo after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
